Luxury Guest Book - £50
Create a keepsake filled with more than just photographs. Prints captured throughout your event are added to a beautifully presented guest book, with space for your guests to leave personal messages alongside their photos. At the end of the celebration, the completed guest book is yours to take home and look back on for years to come.

Guest Take Home Prints - £50
Give your guests something physical to remember the occasion by. Alongside their instant digital copies, guests can receive a professional quality physical print from their photo booth session to take home with them. Your own printed collection is still kept separately, so you won't miss out on any of the memories from the night.

Guest Prints + Luxury Guest Book - £90
The complete keepsake upgrade. Guests receive a physical print from their photo booth session to take home, while additional prints are added to your luxury guest book with space for personal messages. You'll finish the celebration with a beautifully presented collection of photographs and messages, while your guests leave with memories of their own.

Additional Booth Time - £75 per hour
Not ready for the photos to stop? Extend your chosen package with additional fully hosted photo booth time. Your booth host, unlimited photo sessions, digital sharing and your chosen print options continue throughout the additional hire period. Additional hours can be arranged in advance or requested on the day, subject to availability and venue requirements.

Early Setup - £50 per hour
Want everything in place before your guests arrive? We can arrange to have your photo booth professionally set up ahead of the scheduled start of your hire. The booth will remain ready and waiting until your contracted operating time begins, allowing it to blend seamlessly into your venue from the moment guests arrive.

Travel - Free Within 30 Miles
For venues further afield, we're still happy to bring The Oak Booth to you. Travel beyond our included area is charged at 50p per additional mile travelled, with any applicable travel costs confirmed as part of your quote before booking.

To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, there are a few simple requirements for setting up The Oak Booth.

Space Requirements
We require a a minimum clear floor space of 3m × 3m, along with a minimum ceiling height of 10ft (3.05m) to safely accommodate our backdrop system. Please ensure the allocated space is clear of furniture and other obstructions before we arrive. Additional space nearby for our props table and for guests to comfortably queue and move around the booth is also recommended.

Backdrop Positioning
Our backdrop should be positioned against or close to a solid wall wherever possible. This provides the safest and most secure setup and prevents guests from walking behind the backdrop during the event.

Power Supply
The booth requires access to a standard mains power socket nearby. Please let us know in advance if power isn't readily available in your preferred booth location.

Arrival & Setup
Your booth attendant will normally arrive approximately 90 minutes before your booked hire time. This allows plenty of time for unloading, professional setup, lighting and camera adjustments, print testing and final checks before your first guests step in front of the camera.

Venue Access
Please ensure we can access the venue during the agreed setup period. If there are stairs, restricted loading areas, limited parking, security procedures or specific supplier access times, please let us know before your event.

Setup Before Your Hire Time
Your booth attendant will arrive approximately 90 minutes before your booked hire time to begin setup, testing and final preparations. We aim to have the booth fully set up and ready approximately 30 minutes before your hire begins. If your venue requires the booth to be fully installed earlier than our standard setup schedule - for example, before guests arrive several hours ahead of an evening hire - Early Setup can be arranged at £50 per hour.
